It is not a general-purpose chatbot. Each agent works on your verified data foundation and makes every action transparent and traceable.

Does Tanso AI make decisions on its own?

No. By default, Tanso AI makes suggestions and does not decide on its own. No agent writes results into your footprint or report before a person has reviewed and approved them. You stay in control of what gets adopted.

Is Tanso AI a black box?

No. Every AI-powered action is labeled and linked to its source. You can see what a result is based on and trace it back to the original document or record. Traceability is a core requirement of how Tanso AI works.

Are results created with Tanso AI audit-ready?

Your data is not used to train third-party models. Tanso AI works on your own verified data and the curated Tanso data foundation. Tanso is GDPR compliant and ISO/IEC 27001 certified, with data stored in Germany.

Do we have to use all agents?
